The Ohio Department of Aging has once again contracted with the Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University to conduct the Ohio Biennial Survey of Long-Term Care Facilities. Participation in this survey is mandated for all nursing homes and residential care facilities by Section 173.44 of the Ohio Revised Code. Scripps has collected and used these data to track the changes underway in the field of long-term care. Results from the study are communicated to long term care facilities by Scripps researchers through written reports and through presentations at our association meetings.

Data are taken from 1/1/2013 to 12/31/2013.
